I think the main problem is that the terrorism in KAshmir is , amongst
other things, meant to discourage external help. Look at Iraq. It is the
terrorism within that is preventing the international community from
helping. First it was the non-muslims, then the Whites and now even the
Muslims themselves are being targetted ( Egyptian diplomat that was killed
recently). What do you in a situation where in Iraqis themselves are
blowing up Iraqi children in school buses ( School in Srinagar targeted
recently. If this attitude of the terrorists in itself can be changed then
we would have reached half way in resolving the Kashmir conflict. [ Reply to this ]
